Pricing
All pricing on this website is inclusive of GST. Sometimes specials that appear on our website will not always appear instore, and vice versa. So if you see a price on our website and are able to come into the store, please notify the staff member instore and we will be happy to match the price. Sometimes we will have a Online Price Only, which means the price is only available for purchases online and not available for
pick up instore (therefore postage still applies even if you live in
the local area).
If you see a product in our Catalogue that is not featured for sale online, please contact us and we will be happy to quote postage costs for that item to you at the catalogue special price.
Freight and Delivery Details.
Where possible we will list the freight cost for anywhere in Australia, but for some larger items, we would need to quote a price for freight as it can vary alot from state to state, suburb to suburb. In this case we would ask you to to contact us via email or phone with your details to get a quote on freight for the particular item.
We use Star Track Express for larger items (which means no P.O. Box delivery) and Australia Post for smaller items.
All freight charges are based on single purchases. If you would like to purchase multiple items, you are welcome to contact us for freight charges applicable.
Special Order or Back Ordered Items.
Most items will indicate if they are a Stocked item, or a Special Order Item (meaning when
the order is placed we will source it from the Supplier, then forward it on to you. We have provided typical times frames but will confirm
with you when the order is received). Sometimes, items may be shown as in stock but later found to be
sold out. In this instance we will contact you A.S.A.P with a time frame for delivery of your item. If you need the item (Stocked or Special Order) within a certain time frame, please feel free to contact us before ordering to confirm the items status and ETA for the item. Please note that ETAs are based on manufacturer shipping times and can be subject to change.

Q: What do I do if the product is delivered and it is damaged?
A: We take all possible care to ensure your products are delivered to you in good working order. However, if you receive your delivery and it is damaged, please contact our store immediately. Damaged goods must be made known to us within 7 days. We will then arrange pick-up of the item. The item must then return with the complete packaging and contents as supplied. When goods are returned to the store they will be inspected and if damaged we will send out a replacement free of charge. If we find that the returned goods are not faulty, we will only charge you the freight fee.
Q: If I order from your online store and then find that the product doesn’t suit my needs, what do I do?
A: If you receive your purchase and it is not suitable, contact our store and advise them that you will be returning it. Returns must be made within 7 days at your cost. If the package is unopened, we will refund your money. If it is opened, you must return it in the original packaging with all contents as originally supplied. We will refund you your money less 10% processing fee.
Q: How long will it take before I receive my purchase?
A: We make every effort to get your goods to you as soon as possible. In most cases, an In-Stock item should be processed and sent within 1-2 days of your order placement. Freight times can vary from 2-10 working days, depending on destination. We will advise you when the item has been sent. If it is a Special Order item, we will notify you of the E.T.A when the order is placed, or you can contact us before ordering to find out the ETA. |
